E-commerce giant Amazon is banning customers due to too many returns. The company is monitoring things like the amount and type of items returned as well as the reason for the return. Amazon released a statement saying they feel people are “abusing their service.” As a result, they are terminating accounts without warning, leaving these customers extremely unhappy. They are not the only ones tracking your returns. About 34,000 retailers use third party services to monitor your returns as well.
