An armored vehicle malfunction caused major issues on a New Jersey highway on Thursday, as commuters scrambled to grab cash strewn across the road. Cell phone videos capture the chaos, with several accidents occurring because of the armored car somehow spilling lots of paper money on the highway, giving many drivers incentive to jump out of their vehicles to try and pocket some of it. The accidents occurred because of the people who got out of cars to grab at the money, or drivers losing concentration on the road due to the ensuing pandemonium and many reckless attempts to cash in on the mishap were recorded by the actual perpetrators.
Other videos showing the unfortunate Brinks driver attempting, and failing, to grab that fluttering money. This occurred around 8:30 AM, so while everyone was attempting to commute to work, the sudden realization that money was scattered across the highway probably jolted many of the drivers out of their routine.
