Where Should You Live If You’re A Middle Class American?

Being in the middle class used to mean that you were financially stable, you could support yourself living, and money was something to keep on your mind, but not a dire factor in living. Nowadays, more and more middle class families (nearly 40 percent) cannot afford to buy the household essentials that they need. The future “looks bleak” for the middle class because, per usual, the rich are getting richer and the cost of living is rapidly increasing. So, in order to help get your middle class woes out of the way, here are the three states you should move to for better finance options and three states you need to avoid.

Good For Middle Class Living:
Florida, South Dakota, Iowa
I’ll be biased since I live in Florida, it’s a nice place since its so diverse that you will find your living niche. As for the other two, they sound boring but I’m sure they’re nice places to.

Here’s Where You Need To Avoid:
Alaska, Louisiana, Hawaii
I think Alaska and Hawaii are pretty self explanatory, but Louisiana is a surprise. Maybe Mardi Gras just makes the place too expensive to life.

Regardless of your financial status, I’m not saying move immediately. It’s more of something to be conscious about. The middle class is actually shrinking, for better or worse, so make sure you’re adapting your lifestyle to your income to guarantee you’re getting the best quality of life.
