The Best Summer Job

Forget about whatever lifeguard or camp supervisor job you had lined up for the summer, Air New Zealand has posted what is probably the best summer job ever.

Air New Zealand’s latest program represents an amazing opportunity for anyone looking for a great summer job. The airline announced last Friday that it would be hiring new crew members to assist them during what they believe will be their busiest summer season yet.

Cabin Crew General Manager Leeanne Langridge released a statement saying, “Our flight attendants have set the benchmark high. They love putting on the uniform every day and enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic industry. While being a flight attendant can be incredibly fun, it’s a demanding role that will push you to perform at your best. You need to be able to cope well under pressure and enjoy the fact that no two days are the same.”

Successful applicants for this job will be offered either four or six-month temporary contracts. Training will be provided in advance and Air New Zealand will pay a salary equivalent to $40,000 per year along with away from home travel allowances. Application is open to Australian and New Zealand citizens at least 18 years old.
