Take A Look At The $3 Million Bugatti Chiron, The Fastest Car In The World

Jay Leno gets behind the wheel of the fastest car in the world with race car driver Jessi Combs. Leno, a known car aficionado, takes a look at the fastest car in the world with the fastest woman on four wheels. Jessi shows off the car, which can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 2.5 seconds. The 2017 Bugatti Chiron costs $2.9 million. With only 500 cars made in the world, it’s made of carbon fiber, which is lighter and 10-times stronger than steel, and it has a 16-cylinder, 1500 horsepower open engine specifically designed to fit the car. The goal of manufacturing the car was not being sold to raise profits, but to simply push the boundaries of what was considered possible.

Jessi Combs, one of the top race car drivers in the world, drove the North American Eagle (NaE) Supersonic Speed Challenger at the Alvord desert, claiming the women’s 4-wheel land speed record back in 2013 at 398 miles per hour! Jessi is trying to change the face of motorsports and the sexist notion of “no tits in the pits” with her amazing racing skills. She explains that the car doesn’t know whether the driver is male or female. Jessi started out as an American Television personality and was born in South Dakota. She appeared in a number of popular television shows that include Xtreme 4×4 on Spike TV and Overhaulin’ on the TLC network.
