Some Tips To Defeating Sleepiness At Work

It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the day, only to look at the clock and realize it’s only 2 pm. The workday is only about halfway through, and you’ve hit a wall. It’s okay, we’ve all been there. But there are ways to combat that midday crash to make sure you stay productive and efficient.

Tips for defeating sleepiness at work:
1. Schedule some form of exercise to increase energy levels.
2. Practice mindful breathing to relax yourself and make sure you aren’t always working in overdrive.
3. Go outside twice a day to breathe some fresh air and change up the scenery with some sunlight.
4. Add lemon to your morning water to help flush out toxins.
5. Talk with your co-workers to get some human interaction.
6. Make sure to eat breakfast to give your body some much needed fuel.
