Researchers Find Wi-Fi Security Flaw

Hackers Could Listen In On All Your Devices

A flaw in the WPA2 security protocol that protects Wi-Fi networks has been found and has shed light on the potential risks for individuals.

Hackers found a loop hole that could allow them to listen in on all of your devices, though it’s not likely as the hacker needs to be in range of you and your network.

WPA2 security essentially protects all modern Wi-Fi networks with a four step process, and hackers have found a way to manipulate this process to gain access to a persons’ devices. Experts say in order to protect yourself, make sure all devices and firmware are up to date.
