New Best-Seller Details Life In The White House Under Trump

A new book by journalist Bob Woodward has quickly become a best seller. “Fear: Trump in the White House,” details some of the seemingly unprecedented actions of the President in his first two years in office. The Watergate scandal reporter researched the book extensively, and it reveals many details that would be potentially damaging to Trump’s reelection campaign.

Trump has vehemently denied the book as a work of “fiction” meant to discredit his administration, and some of Trumps current and former advisers have also refuted the validity of the book. Sales for the book have been extremely high since its release.

The publishers, Simon & Schuster, have just ordered its seventh printing only a day after its release. With over one million copies sold so far, it seems that people are very interested in what is going on in the White House currently.

The sales figures for “Fear” show a level of interest not seen for a book in awhile. Washington Post book critic Ron Charles stated that booksellers Barnes and Noble told him that it was the fastest selling book since Harper Lee’s “Go Sell A Watchman” was released in 2015.

Another book about the Trump administration, “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House” by Michael Wolff, also sold a great deal of copies earlier this year after its release, reaching nearly 2 million in the first two months.
